Is it hard to move away from our WhatsApp groups?
No. Our team sets up your account, permissions, and settings, then trains your users. You bulk invite your current athletes from a CSV or Excel file.
Do parents have to download an app?
No. Parents create their own password from the link the club sends and open the portal in their phone's browser.
Do coaches see payments?
No. Coaches see the athletes, attendance, and measurements of their own group. Payments are visible to admins and accountants.
How long is the contract?
The contract runs for 12 months. You can cancel within the first 30 days. Your price stays the same for the full term.
