Is any contract coming up on its auto-renewal notice deadline?
The technical sponsorship and kit supply agreement with Keelwind Sportswear ends on July 10, 2027. However, under clause 3, unless one of the parties gives written notice by April 12, 2027, the agreement renews on the same terms for 1 more year.

You upload your documents. The parties, end date, and notice dates of each contract are entered, and you check and approve them.
When an answer is prepared, the document content is sent to an AI model. The answer is built only from your club's documents and comes with its source. In uploaded attendee lists and meeting minutes, personal data is masked or removed before it enters the memory.
The people you add to Memory see only as much of each contract as their role allows. The general manager sees the amounts, and the partnerships team sees the dates and clauses. A document a role can't see doesn't appear in that role's answers either.
The contract runs for 12 months. You can cancel within the first 30 days. Your price stays the same for the full term.
