Everyone sees their own screen.
Most athletes are children. That's why we state clearly who sees what.
Admins see the whole organization. Sections, groups, registrations, and collections appear in one dashboard.
Coaches see their own group. Check-in scores, attendance, and measurements for the athletes in their group appear in the dashboard. Payments are visible to admins and accountants.
Parents see only their own child. Attendance, measurements, installments, and weekly tasks are in the parent portal. No other athlete is visible.
Athletes see their own progress. They follow their weekly tasks and streak in the app. Their chats with the app's coaches stay private from parents and club coaches.
Parents give explicit consent at registration.
On the registration form, parents read the privacy notice and give the required data protection consents. The consent is stored with the registration.
The app's coaches don't diagnose.
The coaches say they are AI, and they don't suggest medication or treatment. When pain or anxiety comes up, they refer the athlete to their coach, a parent, a physical therapist, or a mental health professional.

Which module should we start with?
We choose together on the call, based on what your club needs. Each module works on its own, and you can add the others later.
Who does the setup?
The Bestplay team does. Our team sets up your account, permissions, and settings, then trains your users.
Is it hard to move away from our WhatsApp groups?
No. You bulk invite your current athletes from a CSV or Excel file, and parents get their invitation by link or SMS.
Do parents pay anything extra?
No. The parent portal is included in Operations. The athlete's Premium subscription is optional.
We have several campuses. How is the price calculated?
Each campus is priced by its own number of athletes, and your invoice shows the total.
How long is the contract?
The contract runs for 12 months. You can cancel within the first 30 days. Your price stays the same for the full term.
