Each module is priced by its own unit.

Operations is priced per campus, Memory per full user, Academy per learner, and Revenue per organization. Organization pricing is monthly.

Operations

Per campus, monthly

The number of registered active athletes on the campus sets the price. The number of coaches, admins, and accountants doesn't change it.

  • Our team does the setup. We set up your account, permissions, and settings, then train your users.
  • The parent portal is included. Parents see their child's attendance, measurements, coach evaluations, and goal.
  • Athletes connect to the club. Check-⁠ins and weekly tasks from the free Athlete app appear in your dashboard.
  • Measurement history is kept. You get a test catalog and a chart of each athlete's first and latest measurements.

Memory

Per full-⁠user seat, monthly

The seat price drops as you add users. The lower price applies only to the seats in that tier.

  • The minimum is 10 full users. Full users add and edit documents and ask Bestplay questions.
  • Read-⁠only users are free. You can add up to three times your number of full users.

Per athlete, monthly

Your club buys Athlete Premium for its athletes in bulk. Once an athlete connects with the team code, Premium is turned on, and the athlete pays nothing.

Per organization, monthly

It manages your sponsorship rights, exclusivities, and sponsor contracts. It comes in two packages: Core and Advanced.

Core

Per organization, coming soon.

It includes a rights list and availability calendar, exclusivity checks and conflict alerts, a rate card and package building, a sponsor sales pipeline, and contract and renewal tracking.

Advanced

Per organization, coming soon.

It includes everything in Core. It also adds proposal drafts, fulfillment and activation tracking, a partner portal, payment plan and collections tracking, a revenue dashboard, and sponsor reports.

With two modules, the lower-⁠priced one gets 10% off.

Modules are ranked by their monthly amount, and the discount applies to the lowest-⁠priced modules. When you pay annually upfront, another 10% comes off the total.

The contract runs for 12 months. You can cancel within the first 30 days.

The athlete app is free.

Goals, weekly tasks, and check-⁠in are in the Free plan. Athletes who want to talk more with the coaches move to Premium, which they buy in the app.

Does the Operations price go up if we add coaches?

No. In Operations, only the number of registered active athletes on the campus sets the price. Coach, admin, and accountant accounts don't add to the price.

We have two campuses. How is that priced?

Each campus is priced in its own bracket by its number of athletes, and your quote shows the total for all campuses on the Operations line.

If one person uses two modules, do they count twice?

Yes. Seats count per module: a coach who is a full user in Memory and takes a course in Academy also counts as a learner there. Operations doesn't count people.

How is the Academy price set?

It depends on your number of learners. After the call, we send a written quote, and the multi-⁠module discount applies to Academy too. Revenue opens soon, and its price will be published then.

Who does the setup?

Our team does. They set up your account, permissions, and settings, then train your users.

Do parents pay anything extra?

No. The parent portal is included in Operations; parents log in through a link and create their own password. The athlete's Premium is optional.

What is a read-⁠only user?

In Memory, a read-⁠only user reads and searches documents but doesn't edit them. Read-⁠only users are free up to three times your number of full users.

When are invoices issued?

We invoice every month if you pay monthly, and once a year if you pay annually upfront. Each module has its own line on the invoice.
