If a proposal conflicts with another sponsor's rights, you see it before it goes out.
Your jersey, courtside LED, suite, and digital rights are on the season calendar. Sponsorship, ticketing, licensed merchandise, and media revenue come together on one dashboard.

Today
The contract stays in email, and the LED calendar sits in a separate spreadsheet.
With everything scattered like this, nobody notices that a new proposal conflicts with another sponsor's rights. Ticketing, merchandise, and media revenue sit in separate files, so the season's total revenue never shows up in one place.
A sponsorship runs from proposal to renewal in the same record.
- May
The proposal goes out without conflicting with another sponsor's rights.
- June
The contract's term, fee, and rights enter the sponsor's record.
- Every home match
The courtside LED goes onto its owner's list on each match day.
- Installment due date
A late installment lands in front of the finance team.
- January of the final year
The renewal brief is ready before the right of first negotiation begins.
With Revenue, no sellable right slips through.
Unsold rights go onto the sales team's list.
Revenue lists unsold rights and the categories that have no sponsor. The sales team knows where to focus.
Renewals are prepared on time.
For a sponsor whose contract is about to end, Revenue prepares a ready brief. The option date sits on the calendar.
Target and actual appear on the same screen.
You enter the season's revenue target separately for sponsorship, ticketing, merchandise, and media. Revenue writes the actual revenue next to each source.
Our team sets up your account, and you enter your rights.
Our team sets up your account, permissions, and settings, then trains your users. You enter your rights list and current contracts, and you import ticket sales data from a file.

FAQ
For any other question, write to studio@bestplay.ai.
Can we use Revenue without Memory?
Yes. Sponsor contracts are also kept in Revenue. If you use Memory, the contract comes from there and isn't entered twice.
Can we bring over our current contracts and sponsor list?
Yes. You enter your rights and current contracts in Revenue. In the Advanced package, you import your target sponsor list from a file.
Who sees the sponsorship fees?
You decide. The fee can be visible to finance only, while the sales team sees the calendar and the deal stage. The record shows who changed what.
How is the price set?
The price is set per organization and by the package you choose. The contract runs for 12 months, and you can cancel within the first 30 days.
