Data processed

• Identity and contact data: full name, email address
• Customer transaction data: account profile, brief contents, generated outputs, credit and subscription records
• Financial data: payment transaction records (card details are held by Stripe, not by us)
• Transaction security data: IP address, session records, logs, cookie data

Purposes and legal bases

Your data is processed to provide the service, produce deliverables, handle billing, keep the platform secure and communicate with you, on the legal bases of performance of the membership contract (KVKK art. 5/2-c), compliance with our legal obligations (art. 5/2-ç), our legitimate interests provided your fundamental rights are not harmed (art. 5/2-f), and your explicit consent where required (art. 5/1).

Transfers

Your data is transferred, to the extent necessary to run the service and in line with KVKK articles 8 and 9, to our infrastructure and service providers (Supabase/AWS EU region, Vercel, Anthropic, Higgsfield, Stripe, Cloudflare, Resend). Some of these providers are located abroad; transfers are limited to what the performance of the service requires.

Collection method

Your data is collected by fully or partially automated means through registration and profile forms, brief submission forms, the payment flow, and the electronic records generated while you use the platform.

Your rights under KVKK article 11

Under article 11 of the KVKK you have the right to:

• Learn whether your personal data is processed and request information about it
• Learn the purpose of processing and whether data is used in line with it
• Know the third parties to whom data is transferred, in Türkiye or abroad
• Request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data
• Request deletion or destruction of data under article 7
• Request that corrections and deletions be notified to third parties who received the data
• Object to a result arising against you through exclusively automated analysis
• Claim compensation for damages caused by unlawful processing

Send requests regarding your rights from your registered email address to hello@bestplay.ai. Applications are resolved free of charge as soon as possible and within 30 days at the latest.
