The service

Bestplay AI is a platform that produces AI-assisted commercial strategy deliverables (sponsorship plans, ticketing strategies, decks, reports, visuals and similar) for organizations and individuals in the sports ecosystem. Deliverables are based on the briefs and profile information you provide and are supported by real-time market research.

Account and security

You are responsible for providing accurate and current information, protecting your credentials, and all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use.

Acceptable use

When using the platform, you must not:

• Submit content that is unlawful, misleading, or infringes third-party rights
• Probe, bypass or reverse engineer the platform's security
• Abuse the service with automated tools or create unreasonable load
• Present generated outputs in a misleading way on behalf of another person or organization

Subscriptions, credits and payments

Paid plans and credit packs are billed through Stripe. Credits are in-account usage rights consumed by generation actions; they cannot be redeemed for cash or transferred. Subscriptions renew periodically until you cancel; cancellation takes effect at the start of the next period.

Refund requests are evaluated under applicable consumer law via hello@bestplay.ai.

Intellectual property and output rights

The content you enter in your briefs and profile belongs to you. You may use the deliverables the platform produces for you for commercial purposes in line with your account type and plan. All rights in the platform itself, its software, templates, design system and brand remain ours.

AI output disclaimer

Generated deliverables are professional-grade recommendations intended as decision support; they are not financial, legal or investment advice. Verifying the information and figures in a deliverable before making significant decisions is your responsibility.

Sports Lawyer module outputs are preliminary assessments only, not legal advice; consult a licensed attorney before taking any binding action.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided as is. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from your use of the platform, and our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close your account if these terms are breached. You may close your account at any time; closure starts the data deletion process described in the Privacy Policy.

Changes and governing law

Material changes to these terms are published on this page and, where required, notified by email. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye; the courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul have jurisdiction over disputes.
